Spring Valley Renovation
Located in a close-in neighborhood in Washington DC, this 1930’s home underwent a whole-house renovation to freshen up the tired interior and update it with modern amenities. The existing 60’s era kitchen was remodeled and extended to open up to the garden, while interior paneling and millwork add architectural interest. A new stone pool pavilion was designed as a place to relax by the pool.
