Tudor Renovation
A poorly designed addition is transformed to seamlessly blend with the original 1930’s Tudor home. A new stucco clad exterior, windows, and stone detailing speak to the original house. The existing addition’s fireplace anchors a new covered outdoor sitting area created through borrowing interior space to reduce the bulk of the existing addition. A new family room addition with eat-in breakfast area is warmed with the appropriate use of stone, reclaimed beams and an antique limestone mantle.
