New Orleans Influence
A poorly built 80’s era addition is replaced with a new environmentally friendly two-story stucco addition. Taking cues from the original house’s detailing, new French doors with shutters replace existing windows to create a harmonic front entry. Off the back of the house, a new family room, kitchen, and breakfast room flow to a new screened porch and intimate garden beyond. A new master bedroom features a rooftop terrace with outdoor shower.
