Kenwood Renovation

Located in a picturesque neighborhood outside Washington DC, the owners wanted a sitting room addition where they could enjoy their beautiful garden. This new addition was designed to blend seamlessly with the existing house, celebrating its architectural details while inviting the outside in. A new two-car garage, modeled after old carriage houses, was also added.
