Chevy Chase Renovation

Located in historic Chevy Chase Village, this 1905 American Four Square underwent a whole house renovation to accommodate modern amenities while being respectful to the historic structure. Special attention was given to maintaining the feel of the existing house through matching rooflines and architectural detailing. A new eat-in kitchen addition and broad dormers were added to create more living space with a strong connection to the outside, and a new rear porch softens the rear façade and offers garden views.
